We are currently seeking resumes for full time Customer Support Team (CST) members. All Entry and Mid-Level Computer Programmers with excellent discovery/problem solving skills as well as superior communication skills are encouraged to apply for this position. CST team members will work to resolve software support related issues. Team members work directly with a team lead resolving customer help tickets in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in CIS or similar. We will also consider applicants with an Associates Degree and two years’ experience
- C# .NET experience,
- SQL Server design and development experience or knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on team and individual projects
